Taking your athletes to the winning post

Under the winners green, happy people watch on thee.
Bring your athletes in winning form by implementing training camps at community levels through integrated community groups.  Name the camps with competitive names, e.g. ¨Lightening  Ranger¨, ¨Rocket Launcher¨, ¨Tape Breaker¨.  Host seasonal competitive meets.  Athletes will qualify for these meets through their respective camps.  Meets will move from community level to a regional level up to a national level where competitors will vie for a national award. This is a high motivation for aspiring athletes who will be encouraged by gaining incentives.  Athletes can be recruited to these camps by conducting Track Star search at community level.
